I have purchased garlic for quite some time to naturally strengthen the immune system. I take one capsule three times a day, and it's easy to consume due to its small size. Despite its garlic scent, the effects are noticeable and beneficial, as it combats a wide range of bacteria. I bought the oil specifically for when I catch a cold.
